Livelihoods Training Program

As some families begin to return to their home areas, the loss of income sources during displacement remains one of the biggest obstacles to rebuilding a stable life. Skills that once supported a household may no longer match the opportunities or conditions on the ground.

This planned program will offer vocational and agricultural training tailored to returnee communities, covering practical skills such as small-scale farming techniques, basic trades, and simple business management. Training will be delivered in partnership with local instructors who understand both the market and the cultural context.

The program is designed to be flexible, with course offerings adjusted based on early feedback from participants and observed demand in local markets. Planning is underway now, with the first training cohorts expected to begin once site logistics and instructor partnerships are finalized.
